Yes… financial forecasts are never accurate. But that’s OK. Usually I explain to entrepreneurs that financial forecasts are more an exercise to demonstrate how you’re thinking about your business as opposed to an accurate representation of what your business will accomplish.

I like the idea of cutting by two and add 18 months. I might try that1
