That’s a fair question. To be clear, it’s not about having some sort of magic audience before launching a product. It’s about focusing on building/creating an audience before focusing on creating a product. For example, you could build an audience for health/fitness on Instagram or TikTok and then start selling a health/fitness product into that audience as opposed to creating a health/fitness product and then hoping to find a place to sell it.
