Thanks! I definitely agree it should be obvious. Unfortunately, we all get so caught up in ourselves and our own personal interests that we often have trouble considering the same things from other people's perspectives.

One of the keys to being a successful entrepreneur is being able to put yourself in the shoes of your potential customers and try to to understand the world from their perspective.
