I'm afraid I agree with Celine here. While it's certainly important to be able to clearly and succinctly describe your business and what it does, clarity and succinctness aren't what will convince me to want to learn more. Give me something sexy or exciting.

For example:

"Hi, my name is Zack with ClickRx. We're a SaaS platform doing $100k monthly recurring revenue in our first three months of operations."

Tell me something like that, I'll keep listening...
