I agree that you can't use you're age as an excuse not to work hard.

I wonder, though, if the issue about older entrepreneurs being more likely to start successful companies is less about "working hard" and more about knowing what to work on.

The issues isn't that young entrepreneurs aren't launching lots of companies (and working hard to do so). It's that young entrepreneur don't usually launch *successful* companies, right?
