Great question! Kind of a long one to answer, so I'll try to answer it this week in my Entrepreneur Office Hours newsletter (https://entrepreneurofficehours.com). The gist is that the other 10% are focused on their customer acquisition. Instead of asking me what I think about what they're building, the want my advice/help/input on how to market and sell things.
