Agree with your general point that entrepreneurs tend to dramatically underestimate costs. In this case, I was mostly just simplifying for the sake of a clear narrative.

Also, FWIW, someone at the museum informed me that it’s more than $500k/year. So apparently I dramatically underestimated…
